Student Information
What one person might not be able to do alone, many can do together. Without the help of a dedicated team to help pull him along, cyclist Lance Armstrong could not have won the grueling Tour de France — seven times in a row. Working together, Ripon’s chapter of Habitat for Humanity built an entire house — in a matter of months. Collaborating with Professor Skip Wittler and with each other, students are re-establishing 100 acres adjacent to campus as a natural prairie habitat — going back in time about 100 years.Across the Ripon campus, examples abound of how students do more to benefit their college, their communities and themselves by working together. Each of us can do more, and be more, when we do it together.

Student Life
"There's so much to do at Ripon, even on the weekends, that you often have to prioritize what you’re going to do," says Joe Fontaine, who has a show on Ripon radio, WRPN 90.1; cheers on the Ripon basketball team; writes for College Days, the student newspaper; contributes to a political blog, serves as an RA ... well, you get the idea. He's busy.

Scholarships & Financial Aid
To seize the rewards of a great education, many factors come into play, not the least of which is money. Cost, after all, is an obvious concern for you and your family. We understand that exploring higher education costs and financial aid options can be overwhelming. Therefore, we keep our process simple. While the primary responsibility for financing your college education rests with you and your family, to the fullest extent possible, Ripon College will assist you with financial aid to help meet the difference between your resources and the total annual costs.Financial aid can come from federal, state, institutional and private sources. It can be in the form of gift aid (scholarships and grants) or self-help (student employment and low-interest loans). We determine each student's financial aid individually, and you may receive a combination of types of aid depending upon your eligibility. This site contains information regarding the financial aid awards available to Ripon College students. We hope that it will answer many of your questions. If not, feel free to contact us for additional information.

Athletics
The Ripon College athletic program seeks to establish and maintain an environment in which athletic activities are conducted as an integral part of the student athletes' educational experience. The program establishes and maintains the values of cultural diversity and gender equity. Student-athletes exhibit fairness, openness, honesty and sportsmanship in their relationship with officials, spectators and other student-athletes.
