Minority Recruit seeks to partner with colleges, universities and corporations that promote an excellent diversity friendly culture.

A diversity friendly culture celebrates and encourages everyone to actively participate without regard to age, gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation or physical disability.

An organization that has a diversity friendly culture at its core empowers each individual and group to be heard and participate equally to promote a multicultural experience where a variety of beliefs and ideals are respected and valued.

Minority Recruit recognizes that each individual is unique and people will achieve their full potential when they know they will be received in a positive manner.

We work hard in highlighting the goals and aspirations of colleges and institutions when it comes to their commitment to diversity. We not only look at numbers and percentages, we focus on the institution’s commitment to the diversity on their campuses and workplaces. With globalization, having the experience of communicating with diverse people is a sought after skill. We can aid your school in creating an atmosphere that promotes this craft.

We determine an institution’s heterogeneity by several weighted factors. We first look at the direction of the percentages and how and what the institution is to improve and broaden those numbers. In regards to Colleges and Universities; we research the various student organizations and clubs the institution offers that catalyze a diverse atmosphere.

Some factors include the geographical location and its correlation to the economic status in the surrounding area of the campus, what student organizations are available on campus that are relevant to underrepresented students such as cultural organizations that highlight their respective traditions and beliefs throughout the year. Also we look into the religious organizations available as well as any political activity happening on campus.

Unlike other diversity-focused Web sites out there, we don’t just publish the well-known. No one does better in highlighting an institution’s commitment diversity than MinorityRecruitOnline.com.
