    Athletics Information

    Theodore “Ted” Valentine Glenville State College graduate of 1980. Ted was one of our baseball players during his college career here at GSC. He is a NCAA Basketball Official and frequently seen on televised games. Ted was awarded the James A. Naismith Award "Official of the Year" in 2005. Ted officiated the NCAA Final Four in 1991, 1992, 1993 and 2006 and the NCAA National Championship Game in 1994, 1995, and 1997. GSC inducted him into our Curtis Elam Athletic Hall of Fame in 2006.
